Job Description

• Providing technical support to staff and managing IT-related issues
• Maintaining and updating the organization's database system
• Implementing IT projects and initiatives in line with the organization's objectives
• Managing the organization's website and digital platforms
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data
• Training staff on the use of technology and software
• Evaluating and recommending new technology solutions
• Collaborating with the technology team on various projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technology Associate should have :

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of IT operations and systems
• Proficiency in database management and software applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex IT concepts in simple terms
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
