As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing key customer relationships within the commercial HVAC market. Your focus will be on selling our suite of mechanical solutions across your assigned territory. This role is ideal for a technically minded individual with a background in project engineering or B2B manufacturing sales.

We are a leading provider of mechanical and HVAC solutions tailored for commercial building applications. Our innovative systems are engineered to improve efficiency, performance, and sustainability in new construction and retrofit projects. We're looking to expand our team with a high-performing Territory Sales Manager based in Seattle.

Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction and retrofit market.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Provide technical consultations and product presentations to engineers, contractors, and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase market visibility.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory performance reporting to sales leadership.

Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in either:

    • A Project Engineer role in the construction or mechanical systems industry, or

    • B2B sales of technical products, ideally within manufacturing.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative selling approach.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Seattle territory.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.

  • Experience working with engineers, architects, and mechanical contractors in the Pacific Northwest.

  • Knowledge of building codes, energy regulations, and sustainability standards.

  • Not for New York City Applicants.
