We're looking to expand our team with a high-performing Territory Sales Manager based in Seattle.
Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction and retrofit market.
Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Provide technical consultations and product presentations to engineers, contractors, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
Maintain detailed knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase market visibility.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory performance reporting to sales leadership.
Profile
3-7 years of experience in either:
A Project Engineer role in the construction or mechanical systems industry, or
B2B sales of technical products, ideally within manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative selling approach.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Seattle territory.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
Experience working with engineers, architects, and mechanical contractors in the Pacific Northwest.
Knowledge of building codes, energy regulations, and sustainability standards.
