The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for employees across all functions, from operational staff to leadership roles. Description Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various roles and functions within the company. Conduct training sessions in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing engaging and effective teaching methods. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations, and adjust programs accordingly. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and addresses specific needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics. Maintain up-to-date training materials, incorporating new technologies, tools, and best practices. Provide coaching and support to employees to ensure ongoing development and success. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in training content. Profile Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5 years of experience in training and development, ideally within the transportation or logistics industry. Proven ability to create and deliver effective training programs. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in both classroom and one-on-one settings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. Willingness to work onsite in either Austin, TX, or Atlanta, GA.
