Description
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee the full lifecycle of ground-up multifamily projects ranging from $30M to $100M. You'll be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring schedules and budgets are met, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site construction activities from start to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Maintain a safe and compliant job site in line with OSHA regulations.
- Travel as required to oversee projects across multiple locations.
Profile
- Experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily construction.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects upwards of $30M .
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and manage projects in various locations.
