The USWA RFP Writer will support our client's retail executive team by coordinating and completing RFPs and DDQs for U.S. retail separately managed accounts (SMAs) and model portfolios. The role requires strong collaboration, communication, and writing skills to deliver high-quality, client-focused responses in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Description

  • Coordinate the completion of new business RFPs and DDQs for U.S. retail separately managed accounts (SMAs) and model portfolios in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for relationship managers, sales teams, and sales support teams regarding client RFPs and DDQs.
  • Collaborate closely with RFP team members across the business to ensure consistent, high-quality responses.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and the innovative use of available resources.
  • Support the maintenance and audit of core content within the RFP content management system.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial services or a similar role; experience with RFPs and DDQs for Separately
  • Managed Accounts (SMAs) is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
  • Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
