Description
- Configure and maintain Workday Security roles, ensuring appropriate access and compliance.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly security audits and resolve access issues.
- Support the configuration and management of Workday Time & Absence modules, including time tracking and accrual setups.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding time and absence management.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Workday Payroll, including earnings, deductions, and pay configurations.
- Partner with payroll teams to optimize processing and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure payroll system compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support reporting needs for the payroll team across different entities.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize Workday system functionality and resolve issues.
- Analyze system issues and provide effective solutions to improve processes.
Profile
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Security, Time & Absence, and Payroll modules.
- Strong expertise in configuring and maintaining Workday Security roles, conducting audits, and resolving access issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, including time calculation rules, accrual setups, and compliance with labor laws.
- Solid experience in Workday Payroll configuration, including earnings, deductions, and pay setups, with the ability to resolve discrepancies.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security framework.
- Proficiency in using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and supporting payroll system compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective solutions to system issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with integrity.
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Global Workday experience is a plus, providing the ability to work across different regions and entities.
