Essential Function:
- Cleaning all cooking equipment including ovens, ranges, fryer.
- Sweeping and scrubbing floors.
- Cleaning kitchen walls.
Shift:
6 - 7 nights per week
5-6 hours per night
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Education and/or Experience:
- No previous restaurant experience required.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, speak in English.
- Must be able to communicate with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
Physical Ability
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop
- Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
- Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
