Job Summary: TIME POSITIONS ONLY
We are seeking cleaning staff to join our team. The staff member will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of one of our downtown facilities.
MUST BE AVAILABLE : MONDAY - FRIDAY AT 5:00PM - 7:30PM
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:
· Ability to work independent
· Previous Janitorial experience (preferred)
· Must be dependable & punctual
· Proficiency in communication via phone and various apps
· Attentiveness and a keen eye for detail
· Good dexterity for effective cleaning task
· Ability to stand and move for extended periods
· Commitment to delivering high-quality work
· Reliable transportation, with occasional short travel requirements
· Integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability: Monday to Friday
Hours: Start at 5:00pm
Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Performing a range of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, breakrooms, and offices, along with restocking supplies.
· Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces i.e., desk, door handles, and office equipment.
· Properly disposing of trash and recycling in designated areas.
· Assisting in facility opening/closing and managing security systems as required.
· Treating fellow team members and clients with courtesy and respect.
