Gaffney SC Area - (1 LOCATION TO BE CLEANED TWICE WEEKLY)
COMPENSTION: FIXED RATE PER VISIT - $30.00
Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff to join our team. The staff member will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of one of our Gaffney SC Area facilities.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:
Ability to arm and disarm alarms
· Ability to work independent
· Previous Janitorial experience (preferred)
· Must be dependable & punctual
· Proficiency in communication via phone and various apps
· Attentiveness and a keen eye for detail
· Good dexterity for effective cleaning task
· Ability to stand and move for extended periods
· Commitment to delivering high-quality work
· Reliable transportation
· Integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability: Wednesdays and Fridays
Hours: After 5:30pm
Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Performing a range of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, breakrooms, and offices, along with restocking supplies.
· Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces i.e., desk, door handles, and office equipment.
· Properly disposing of trash and recycling in designated areas.
· Assisting in facility opening/closing and managing security systems as required.
· Treating fellow team members and clients with courtesy and respect.
