We're hiring HVAC Installer Technicians who are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to build a career. No previous experience is required-we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
Assist in installing residential HVAC systems
Work with senior technicians to learn the trade and develop skills in HVAC installation
Operate and handle HVAC tools, equipment, and materials
Follow company safety standards and procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Basic Requirements
Willingness to Learn - no experience required; we're looking for candidates with a strong work ethic
Basic Mechanical Aptitude - comfort using hand tools and basic knowledge of mechanical systems is a plus
Physical Stamina - must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, and perform manual tasks
Have a valid driver's license and record in good standing
Must be able to pass a drug screen / criminal background check
