Michael & Son is seen across multiple digital and traditional media platforms, but we want YOUR creative vision to help us grow our social media presence on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, and establish us as the home services authority on social media nationally!
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation :
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms with an emphasis on TikTok and Instagram to increase brand awareness, grow our followers, and drive audience engagement. Share compelling content that resonates with our community, highlighting our services and philanthropic efforts.
Campaign Management :
Plan and implement social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations, to boost engagement and grow our following.
Trend Analysis :
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our social media presence innovative and relevant.
Analytics & Reporting :
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Collaboration :
Work with other influencers to strengthen audience strategies and improve campaign outcomes through partnerships.
Planning :
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and creation of a social media calendar.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media content creation, preferably in a similar role or with proven success in growing followers and engagement across various platforms.
- Expert understanding of major social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, along with their algorithms and best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Expertise in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.).
- Experience in writing short-form copy for social media and marketing campaigns with the ability to craft engaging content quickly.
