A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PREP COOK
As our Prep Cook, you are key to providing high-quality food to guests. Following recipes with care, you clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. You keep your station clean, follow prep lists, and communicate with Sous Chefs, as well as the Executive Chef to ensure that all prep is done, and to ensure amounts are correct.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A PREP COOK
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Able to work weekends
