A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOUS CHEF
As the Sous Chef at MTDG, you are the key to providing high-quality food for our guests. Following recipes with care, you clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. Sous chefs must have proven ability to develop your team. Have knowledge of systems, methods, and process that contribute to great execution.
