Recovery Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound calls to clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of outstanding accounts. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with sales teams, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. Duties

• Analyze account information and identify potential solutions for outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth recovery processes and enhance client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account statuses in the office database.
• Handle cash transactions securely and efficiently when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center environment or customer support role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and propose solutions effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in working with sales teams to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional multilingual capabilities are a plus.
