Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting and seating them, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of customer service in a hospitality environment, whether in a hotel, resort, or restaurant setting.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with an engaging first impression.
- Handle reservations and walk-in guests effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about campground, marina, and boat storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the campground and marina.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including assisting with check-in/check-out processes.
- Some outdoor maintenance, and physical work will be needed also. Mowing, cleaning, pressure washing
- Retail sales at bait shop in marina
Qualifications
