Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting food to guests in a timely manner while ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate efficiently through designated routes.
Duties
- Safely operate and maintain personal vehicle.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
- Accurately take phone calls and process cash and card transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries or concerns professionally during deliveries.
- Perform simple food prep and cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the Greenville area is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple deliveries.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
