Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of Miche Pest Control in local neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers to provide pest control solutions. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential, and the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, outgoing, and passionate about helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods to introduce our pest control services.
- Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on the benefits of pest control and our services.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through in-person interactions.
- Present tailored solutions based on the customer's needs and concerns.
- Close sales and secure service appointments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Represent Miche Pest Control professionally and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
