As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to proper sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all culinary standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, processing payments accurately while providing change when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while maintaining high-quality service throughout the shift.
• Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests or complaints.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality is mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food service practices, including sanitation protocols and culinary basics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with a focus on guest interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• A positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $22.12 - $35.00 per hour
