• Application of all maintenance safety protocols (PSD, LOTOTO,…)
• Application of DT PIM and DT PEM instructions. Adherence to Prime Mold MOS.
• High quality mold/PIM assembly and maintenance (DC prep, mold maintenance, expertise, …)
• Effectiveness of all interventions (RFT, optimized time, …)
• Adherence to Prime quality standards – RFT 698 process
• Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of parts and supplies, ...)
• Team oriented focus in all areas of work (mold prep, PIM prep, reactive, …)
• Accurate and compliant utilization of BMA application
• Progression to 101 single skill mechanic (Level 8)
