About the Job
We are seeking an Industrial Process Optimization Specialist to lead and run continuous improvement in productivity and innovation in areas that range from specific work posts to transverse processes.
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, tools, equipment, and work activities to meet and exceed safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Analyze and challenge existing procedures, making recommendations and working with operational management to integrate solutions.
- Increase team autonomy by developing organizational change, project management, and employee engagement skills.
- Relocate to other Michelin facilities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical major. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering roles in manufacturing environments.
