Job Description:
As a Luxury Sales Associate at Michelle Farmer Collaborate, your main responsibility will be to uphold our brand values and provide unmatched customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our esteemed clientele, offering personalized product recommendations and styling advice. Your passion for fashion, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to foster lasting relationships will be pivotal in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture solid customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional and personalized shopping experience.
- Exceed monthly sales targets, driving revenue for the boutique through proactive customer outreach and personalized styling services.
- Maintain store and product displays in line with brand standards.
- Display warmth, outgoingness, and strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and designers to enhance product knowledge and effectively convey information to customers.
- Contribute actively to the overall success of the boutique by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' proven experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment, preferably in fashion or high-end accessories.
- Passion for fashion, fine jewelry and luxury goods with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional customer service skills, providing a personalized shopping experience for each customer.
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and image.
- The ability to suggest outfit combinations and style to customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
