What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wait Staff/Server position at MICHELLE'S BEACH HOUSE?
- We are looking for enthusiastic waitresses to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve alcohol or non-alcohol beverages to customers.
- Interact with customers, take orders and close out tabs.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. (Only Bartenders)
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age if needed.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. (Bartenders only)
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Closing shift duties.
Skills
- Waitressing experience is a plus, but not required. Will train!
- Excellent knowledge of cash handling.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep tables clean and floor organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5.00 - $25.00 per hour
