We are looking for a Mechanical Movement Expert to join our team at Michelli Weighing & Measurement. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various industrial weighing equipment and systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced mechanical movement concepts to troubleshoot and repair industrial weighing equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Participate in ongoing technical training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Ensure adherence to ISO9001 Quality Management System objectives by following established processes.
- Analyze electronic schematic diagrams and technical manuals to inform troubleshooting and repair efforts.
- Meet all safety protocols and guidelines, participating in ongoing training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Vocational technical training or equivalent experience is necessary.
- Preferred qualifications include electronics education, military electronics training, or PLC programming experience.
- A valid CDL can also be advantageous.
Physical and Qualitative Demands:
- Travel within a 100-mile radius of the office via company vehicle is expected.
- Handling tools and performing repair activities safely is crucial.
- Passing a Pre-Employment Background Screen, Drug, and Alcohol testing as required is mandatory.
- Safely lifting and walking 50 feet with a 50 lb test weight is a critical aspect of this role.
