Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Substation Estimator located in Neenah, WI. The Substation Estimator will be responsible for providing comprehensive cost estimates for electrical substation projects. The day-to-day tasks include analyzing project specifications, conducting material and labor cost estimates, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate estimates.
Qualifications
- Experience in electrical substation construction and estimating
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in estimating software/tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Relevant certifications in estimating or project management are a plus
