Retail Sales Associate - FULL TIME

Michelson's Shoes is looking for a full-time Sales Associate

LOVE RETAIL but HATE THE UNCERTAIN HOURS!!

When you work for us you there are no night hours, no Sundays, and you have the same day-off every week.

We are a full-service family shoe store, offering footwear and accessories for every member of the family. We have a reputation of being the premier source for properly fit children's and adult footwear, specializing in providing comfortable footwear for all seasons.

Our footwear selection includes walking, athletic, dress, career, casual, orthopedic, slippers, boots, and dancewear. We carry an extensive inventory of name-brand footwear which we stock in a wide range of sizes and widths, and our sales team provides a full-service customer-centered shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers in a timely, appropriate and personable manner
• Measure feet and determining shoe size
• Recommend merchandise using product knowledge
• Work to develop long-term customer relationships by exceeding customer expectations and providing assistance with a positive attitude
• Support other members of the sales team with stock work, maintenance of merchandise displays, receivings and transfers, and maintenance of store appearance
