- Serve as the primary point of contact for project management, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams.
- Communicate project objectives, milestones, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in rotational molding is a plus.
