Position Details
Youth Advancement Academy is looking to add a new high school teacher for 2023-2024 school year. The classroom teacher is responsible for monitoring student academic progress, provide academic intervention based within the teacher’s certification area, and provide frequent updates to parents and administration on student academic progress. Teacher is responsible for 10-15 students in grades 9-12 and needs to have strong classroom management skills and be certified to teach grades 6-12 in Michigan.

Youth Advancement Academy is a strict-discipline academy that serves the KRESA consortium of schools. Students attend full days Monday through Thursday and are in attendance on Friday for a half day.
