QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience coaching varsity softball is highly desired, with a proven track record of success in developing athletes and achieving positive outcomes.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of softball fundamentals, strategies, and the ability to effectively teach these skills to players of varying skill levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes, fostering a positive team culture and fostering a love for the game.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with athletes, parents, school staff, and the wider community. A commitment to the holistic development of student-athletes, placing emphasis on character building, sportsmanship, and community engagement.
