Position Details
The K-12 ELA and Continuous Improvement Coordinator, having both content and instructional expertise, will
work as a colleague with classroom teachers to support student learning and teacher practice. The K-12 ELA
and Continuous Improvement Coordinator will focus on individual and group professional learning that will
expand and refine practitioner understanding of the district adopted curriculum and research-based effective
instruction. In order to meet this purpose, the K-12 ELA and Continuous Improvement Coordinator will provide
personalized support based on the goals and identified needs of the district and teachers. The Oak Park
School District is looking for a K-12 ELA and Continuous Improvement Coordinator who is intrinsically
