Position Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and qualified secondary teacher to join the faculty of Brother Rice High School. The applicant will be a hardworking and enthusiastic teaching professional with excellent subject knowledge and a sound understanding of Physics.
The position will involve teaching Physics classes to students in grades 11-12. The applicant will be a motivated individual with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and to excel in the subject area of Physics.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
A relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in content area, and a valid teaching certificate in content area (DE, DX, DI, DP or suitable).
Experience:
Three years of successful high school teaching experience, including successful teaching of Physics, and preferably Advanced Placement Physics classes.
