DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Michigan Broadband Services is actively seeking a Sales Representative to prospect customers primarily in the Escanaba market and promote Fiber Internet, hosted voice, and streaming TV services through in-person interactions. Must be highly motivated and enjoy working in an ever-changing fast-paced industry. On the job training and all the tools necessary to help you succeed will be provided.
This is a full-time position with great pay and potential for excellent commission pay. The position is eligible for our full benefit package.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote internet and associated services.
- Generating and follow up on sales leads through door-to-door outreach, phone calls, emails, and events.
- Educate customers about available internet packages, pricing, and promotions.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best service plans.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork, including sales agreements, customer contracts, and all other necessary documents.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely service activation.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and market trends.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience.
- Excellent phone, communication, and computer skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
