Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our leadership team and general office operations ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities*
- Perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support; tasks will vary based on needs and priorities, and will include overall coordination and management of administrative assistant activities including calendar, email, event, meeting, and and communication support.
- Provide general administrative services to support the daily operations of the office including reception duties, ordering supplies, sorting mail, maintaining conference rooms and calendars, and printing, scanning, and mailing documents and materials as needed.
- Provide high-level administrative services to support efficient daily operations of the office.
- Event/meeting logistical support for virtual and on-site programs set up and clean up, coordinating meeting materials, catering orders, and other support as requested by leadership
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications*
- At least four years of broad and progressive administrative experience performing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties.
- Possess exceptional office technology skills including Microsoft products, virtual platforms, and room A/V systems, and a willingness to learn and master new technologies as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently, set priorities, work simultaneously on numerous tasks, use good judgement and initiative, and meet/exceed deadlines.
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a friendly, dependable, and professional attitude with a welcoming personality.
- Have a proven record of solid attendance, strong attention to detail, deep dedication to customer service, and a team approach to work.
