What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daytime Supervisor (2024-25 grant period only) position at Michigan City Area Schools?
Reports To : Career & Tech Ed Coordinator
Work Schedule : Grant period only, Monday through Thursday (times vary)
Education Required Level : High School diploma or equivalent
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Allow access during the day for CTE students, Adult Education, Robotics, Ivy Tech, and Purdue classes
- Assist with enrolling new Adult Education students
- Screen those who are entering the facility utilizing the Raptor System
- Direct visitors to their destination
- Be able to answer questions about programs
- Assist with mailings
- Report any issues to the administration
- Use of student management system and phone system
- Distributing tardy and early dismissal documentation for students
- Other tasks and paperwork as needed by the building administrator
