Job Posting: Professional Cleaning Independant Contractor
Location: Temperance, MI areas
Job Description: We are seeking a professional cleaning contractor to take on a common area cleaning contract in the Temperance, MI area. This job involves weekly cleaning of common area hallways, laundry rooms, and leasing office at a apartment complex. The scope of work includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning interior/exterior door windows, and wiping down all surfaces. Also wiping down railings, and washer/dryers.
Contract Details:
- Primary Contract: Weekly common area hallway surface cleaning
- Time Requirement: 13 hours per week for one person, split up into 4 days.
- Payment: $325 per week
- Hourly Rate: Approximately $25 per hour.
- Payment Method: Weekly direct deposit.
- Employment Type: 1099 Independant Contractor.
Requirements:
- Only applicants with PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled cleanings of apartments as per contract specifications.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Communicate effectively with property management to address any specific cleaning needs or issues.
Qualifications:
