What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Michigan Condominium Management Co.?
Full charge bookkeeper wanted with property management experience, must be able to maintain records of payments, maintain spread sheets for associations, maintain unit information, bill monthly association charges, prepared financial statement, compile workman's comp audit information, print and process 1099's, enter yearly budget and compile financial information at year end for the accountants handling tax returns, current software we are using is Vantaca.
