Job Description:
As a Member Service Support Associate at Michigan Educational Credit Union, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences through personalized support and expert knowledge of financial products and services. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Process various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize advanced technical skills to resolve complex member issues, often requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members, identifying opportunities to promote credit union products and services.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed guidance to members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior work-related experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
