We are looking for a motivated and personable Gym Concierge to join our team. This role is essential in guiding potential clients from initial inquiry to booking their in-gym assessment, while also nurturing relationships with prospects who have yet to sign up. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing our gym’s membership and creating lasting client relationships.
**Role Overview:**
As a Gym Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients who inquire about our services, converting them into scheduled assessments and eventually long-term memberships. You will be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and showcasing how our gym can help meet their fitness goals. Additionally, you will proactively follow up with leads that didn’t convert to ensure they’re nurtured for future opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Engagement & Conversion:**
- Respond promptly to potential client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Guide prospects through our offerings, answering questions and providing tailored recommendations.
- Book in-gym assessments and consultations for interested clients.
- Promote the gym’s unique selling points and services to create excitement about joining.
- **Follow-up & Nurturing:**
- Regularly follow up with leads who haven’t converted to ensure they stay engaged with the gym’s services.
- Send personalized emails, messages, or calls to check in, provide updates, and re-engage dormant prospects.
- Maintain an organized system to track leads, conversions, and follow-up schedules.
- **Customer Relationship Building:**
- Establish rapport with potential clients and maintain a positive, approachable presence.
- Provide a seamless and exceptional experience throughout the inquiry and assessment process.
- Act as a liaison between prospective clients and the training team, ensuring a smooth transition into their fitness journey.
- **Administrative Support:**
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and conversion progress in CRM tools.
- Support the gym team with scheduling, membership inquiries, and basic administrative duties as needed.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- **Excellent Communication Skills:** You can clearly explain services, answer questions, and engage prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner.
- **Strong Organizational Skills:** You are detail-oriented and able to manage follow-ups and appointments efficiently.
- **Goal-Oriented:** You are motivated by results and enjoy seeing prospects convert into long-term members.

- **Prior Experience in Sales/Customer Service (Preferred):** Previous experience in a gym or fitness-related environment is a plus, but not required.
