OBJECTIVE

Agency Development and Education Specialist Objective

Serve as the training subject matter expert for Marketing. Collaborate with stakeholders, including teammates, field leadership, and business area subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and implement field-facing educational programs. Evaluate, analyze, and execute plans for improvement, and ensure the successful execution of field training and development programs. Lead and manage the content management program for our Learning Management System (LMS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Agency Development and Education Specialist Responsibilities

Lead and manage the content management program for the Learning Management system, by collaborating with content SMEs and the eLearning team by establishing expectations and timelines and holding them accountable for completion of tasks.

 

Participate on corporate project teams serving as the training development subject matter expert.

 

Lead content development for training programs by collaborating with business area subject matter experts to design and develop educational programs, curricula, and materials.

 

Lead and manage the implementation of educational programs, procuring necessary materials and coordinating logistics for programs, and ensuring adherence to established plans.

 

Create and execute detailed program plans, including objectives, timelines, and resources required.

 

Evaluate and analyze educational needs. Identify areas for improvement in existing programs.

 

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including field force, field leadership, and internal business area partners.

Provide support, feedback, and coaching to instructors to improve their instructional skills.

 

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through data collection and feedback mechanisms.

QUALIFICATIONS

Agency Development and Education Specialist

Required

Bachelor's degree with a focus on Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Training, or a related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.

 

Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in program development, instructional design, curriculum design, or educational leadership required, or equivalent experience may be considered.

 

Knowledge of educational theories, methodologies, and best practices.

 

Willingness to pursue continuing industry-related education, AINS, CISR, etc.

 

Adaptability and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends in education, APTD, CPTD, etc.

 

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, or similar software package.

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Strong time management and organizational skills.
