OBJECTIVE
Farm and Agribusiness Enhanced Service Coordinator Objective
To become proficient in the servicing of designated accounts placed in the Enhanced Service Program. This includes billing coordination, endorsement processing of all farm lines, and claims contact coordination. To become proficient in the underwriting of designated lines of business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Farm and Agribusiness Enhanced Service Coordinator Responsibilities
Develop proficiency in servicing accounts within the enhanced service program.
Communicate and build collaborative relationships with Farm Bureau Insurance agents.
Learn to use the software, systems and devices relevant to servicing all accounts within the enhanced service program.
Manage account billing for all policies included in program.
QUALIFICATIONS
Farm and Agribusiness Enhanced Service Coordinator Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Designation in Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), or Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), required, or one must be completed within 24 months of hire.
Preferred
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Office, insurance, inspection, and/or construction trades experience preferred.
Note: This is a work from home position primarily covering these Michigan counties: Bay, Genesee, Huron, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac, St. Clair, Tuscola. Must reside in Michigan.
