- Create and review classroom assignments and perform adequate classroom management
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations, including ICD-10 and HCPCS
- Collaborate with students to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies
- Provide students with the knowledge and skills required to obtain national certification and employment
- Stay updated on changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices
- Maintain the school's policy, rules and regulations with attendance, instruction, and classroom management
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing & Coding Specialist or related field
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and systems
- - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding assignments
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the program coordinator and other team members
