Leading Edge Equipment is searching for a highly motivated candidate to join our team as Field Parts Sales and Oil Delivery Driver based in our Devils Lake, ND dealership. As part of our team, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while selling parts in the field and delivering bulk oil and parts. This position reports to the Parts Sales Lead.

What you’ll focus on:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Actively sell and promote bulk oil and related products to potential customers
- Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs
- Deliver bulk oil and parts to customers safely and efficiently
- Accurately complete delivery and sales paperwork
- Maintain delivery truck and trailer and follow all safety guidelines
- Support the team with other tasks as assigned
What we need from you:
- Charismatic personality that connects with customers and leaves a lasting impression
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in sales
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks independently with ease
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy products

- General parts knowledge (willing to train)
- Previous experience in outside sales
