What you’ll focus on:
- Oversee all parts operations within the store, focusing on maximizing return on investment through effective parts sales, inventory control, and expense management.
- Promote and merchandise parts and accessories in conjunction with other store locations.
- Submit all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit.
- Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system, which includes managing perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and implementing proper counter procedures.
- Foster an engaged and productive work environment that encourages accountability, open communication, teamwork, and a strong commitment to serving the customer.
- Develop and manage employee schedules, ensuring optimal attendance and coverage to support operations.
- Serve as a resource for the team, driving excellence in customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain an effective showroom to maximize parts sales.
- Helps to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in monthly parts & service meeting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we need from you:
- 3 year(s) previous experience as a parts sales professional or related sales experience or service experience.
- A leader with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, service-focused work culture.
- Team player with customer-focused mindset.
