Setup Technician

We’re looking for a highly motivated Setup Technician for our Carrington location to assemble and prepare agricultural and turf equipment for customer delivery. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge machinery, perform pre-delivery inspections, and develop your skills in diagnostics and repairs.  What you’ll focus on:

• Perform pre-delivery inspections, basic diagnostics and repairs on small engine agricultural and turf equipment 
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in setup and repair processes 
• Keep detailed records of work completed using basic computer functions
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your skills and expertise
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support your team and take on other tasks as needed 

 What we need from you:

• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using technical manuals and specialized tools
• Experience operating tools, and equipment for diagnostic purposes
• A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle hands-on work
• Even better if you have (although not required to apply):
  • 2 years of experience performing basic service repairs or associate degree

Winter hours (fall to spring): The hours of work and days are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Seasonal hours (spring to fall): The hours of work and days are from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Salary : $900 - $1,750
