About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented accountant with accounts receivable experience to join our team. The key responsibilities will be:

• Verify, classify, compute and record accounts receivable data, including handling invoices, credit memos, and customer payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are correctly billed, verifying amounts and recording transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming payments and manage various payment methods

About You

The ideal candidate has:

• High school diploma or GED; priority given to candidates with an advanced degree (Associates or Bachelors) with concentration in Accounting or Finance
• 1 or more years of experience in accounts receivable
• Experience with Salesforce highly desirable
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
