Michigan Millers is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to join our team in our Lansing office!

This position is responsible for providing support to our commercial and specialty lines divisions.

Responsibilities of a Commercial Support Specialist include:

• Duties are administrative in nature
• Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others
• Amend policies per agent request based on authority level
• Research agent requests
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

What is a must have?

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to maintain focus throughout the workday
• Ability to function in multiple software systems simultaneously
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Insurance industry experience

Compensation Overview:

The targeted hiring range for this role is $19.29 - $23.18 per hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates looking for compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions.
