Job Summary
The Junior Account Executive is an entry-level position within the Wholesale Sales department. The Junior Account Executive is responsible for supporting their assigned Account Executive in managing client accounts (Brokers), developing, and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to start their career in the mortgage industry and has a passion for customer service and sales.
Summary of Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outreach by means of phone call to assigned brokers to offer assistance with new or existing loans. Promptly transfer any broker requiring assistance to their assigned Account Executive.
- Conduct outbound calls to recertify in-active brokers.
- Conduct outbound calls to sign-up new broker accounts.
- Conduct outreach to assigned brokers to provide updates on new products, systems, etc.
- Document your interactions with Brokers within the Company CRM tool (i.e., Insellerate).
- Support strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, systems utilization, and general competitor products and offerings.
- Special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
- 6 months of previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Previous experience within the mortgage industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with CRM or similar software.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Location

Salary : $34,700 - $46,900
