Duties
- Operate weiler p265 paver screed property with joint matching, grade, slope etc
- Engage in digging activities as required for site preparation. TEAM member. Shovel, sweep, run skid steer etc
- Collaborate with team members to pave surfaces accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition, performing routine checks and reporting any issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites.
- Assist in building structures as needed, contributing to various phases of construction projects.
Experience
- Proven experience operating commercial vehicles, including dump trucks and loaders.
- Familiarity with paving techniques is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including paving and site preparation tasks.

LONG HOURS, over the road for commercial work, must have a drivers license. Physical labor. Must be able to move heavy objects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.50 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
