This Position is hourly based along with a paid commission

Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to collect license plate data to throughout the State of MI to be used for repossessions and build historical data in DRN.
Duties And Responsibilities
Must be knowledgeable in RDN and DRN. Use systems to gather information and generate additional repossessions for the month.
The following list of primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Promote MRS vision and Mission
Scanning Plates
Have schedule of areas to work coordinating with the repossession agents on a rotating basis to ensure all areas are scanned so information is current.
When a hit is received for an open order thru DRN contact DRN to get account assigned to MRS if not already assigned to MRS and contact closest repossession agent to secure unit. Assist in securing unit with repossession agent when needed.
Meet and exceed company goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or equivalent repaired.
Effective Communications Skills Required.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to remain focused and composed.
Valid driver’s license and insurable.
Must have basic computer skills.
Working conditions
This position required sitting, standing, walking and repetitive movements and use of mechanical controls, such as keyboard, are frequently required.
Other Work Requirements
Will be required to work evenings and weekends.
Successfully pass pre-employment testing including criminal background check, credit check and drug testing.
Physical Requirements
Heavy lifting may be required at random times.
