**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a 4-H Program Coordinator at Michigan State University. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in leading and managing local 4-H programs, volunteers, and youth participants.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing local 4-H programs that align with the overall goals of the Children & Youth Institute and MSU Extension.
- Recruiting, selecting, training, and managing volunteers who will conduct direct programming with youth.
- Providing leadership to local 4-H groups in managing funds to support 4-H youth work and conducting financial management training to 4-H councils, committees, clubs, etc.
- Working collaboratively with the 4-H Staff Development and Supervising Educator, District Director, Extension Educators, and other program partners to identify, implement, and disseminate MSU Extension's educational priorities across the state and within communities.
