* Package sugar to meet customer specifications
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and Safe Quality Food requirements
* Operate fork-truck training classes and drive when required
* Run consumer packaging equipment at set rates
* Perform quality checks to verify finished products meet customer requirements
Requirements:
* Previous work experience in a production environment
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to learn and follow SQF & GMP quality system guidelines and safety practices
* Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
